Missing Persons Toddler Missing After Father Attacked Mother with Ice Pick

An Amber Alert has been put out for Zahkairi Morrison, 1, who was last seen on Buckeye Street in Tollette, Arkansas being carried away by her father who had just attacked her mother, reports KAIT News.

Ralph Waldo Morrison III had used a car to collide head on with Zahkairi’s mother, Amaria Webster, who was driving her car around 12:38 p.m. on Sunday. Zahkairi and two other women were in the car. Morrison got out of his car and began beating the passengers and stabbing Webster with an ice pick.

Chief Deputy Bryan McJunkins says Ralph Morrison took Zahkairi and walked into the woods. They believe that Morrison was able to hitch a ride from at least three different people and may be driving an Oldsmobile Cutlass four-door and heading toward Texarkana or California, reports Todays THV News.

Howard County Sheriff Officer Butch Morris said Monday that Amaria Webster was treated at a hospital with multiple stab wounds on her shoulders and neck and released, reports KAIT News.

Zahkairi is 2 feet tall, 25 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Her hair is braided with colored beads and she was wearing a sky blue over pink shirt and a pair of shorts.

Ralph is 5’11” tall, 300 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and multiple tattoos on his arms, left wrist and right shoulder. Ralph’s previous address was at 410 North Pine Avenue in Trumann and 947 Martin Luther King Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Warrants have been issued on him for kidnapping, four counts of aggravated assault, and domestic battery in the second degree.

Fraud Investigation “Hobo Prince”

PORTLAND, Ore. – A local man known as the “Hobo Prince,” who promised to give his followers thousands of dollars for a small fee, is under investigation by the Oregon Attorney General’s Office.

KATU News first told you about Shelby Bell and his “Hobo Prince Economic Project” last fall. He claims for $25 he’ll pay you $900 per week for seven years.

But is he really paying up?

http://liarcatchers.com/fraud_investigation.html

An investigation by the KATU Problem Solvers found no evidence that Bell has paid the money he promised.

The last time we tried to ask Bell where all that money is coming from he said he would answer that question later, but he never did.

When the Problem Solvers showed up to a recent seminar by Bell with a warning letter from the Oregon Attorney General’s Office, Bell refused to comment.

The letter claims Bell is running an illegal pyramid scheme and he needs to stop.

Bell is also under investigation by the Washington Insurance Commissioner, which is looking at claims that Bell is paying people with an insurance deal.

If you signed up for the “Hobo Prince Economic Project,” Oregon’s Division of Finance and Corporate Securities would like to hear from you.

Fraud Investigations Continue on the President

A straight answer to this questions is no one but Barack Obama himself knows who he is. His Certificate of Life Birth is fake and so is his Selective Service registration card. The White House invested over $1.7 million to deny investigators access to his college records and portions of his background information were suspiciously lost or are missing from record keeping offices. Not even the governor of Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie was able to produce the original paper document known as the Long Form Birth Certificate.

http://liarcatchers.com/fraud_investigation.html

In recent weeks, independent investigators and former law enforcement officials worked together to determine if the document that the White House presented as Barack Obama’s birth certificate was indeed a forgery, as it was shown by several alternative media outlets just a half an hour after the PDF file was made public on the White House website. After the forgery was confirmed by forensic investigators, members of a Cold Case Posse working under the direction of Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio also concluded that Obama’s Selective Service registration card had also been tampered with before being shown in public.

In the case of the certificate, investigators determined that several parts of the PDF document had been individually placed on a white computer screen page to mimic what a real birth certificate would show. After placing all of the items on a computer file, the forgers placed an image of the green background that all birth certificates are printed on in the United States. When analyzed, the computer file was determined to be a forgery by experts who discovered the placement of the individual items as well as the “white shadow” left by those items once they removed the fake green background or after cutting out the text layers. The file resembling Barack Obama’s birth certificate is just that, a computer file. According to investigators such as former police officer Mike Zullo, the supposed birth certificate does not exist in paper form, because it was created on a computer, and the only time it left the computer it was made on, was when it was placed on the White House website as a PDF file.

Hawaiian governor Neil Abercrombie manifested his intention to clear U.S. president Obama of any wrong doing or fault and to publicly show his birth certificate, which he believed was archived in the state of Hawaii. But when Abercrombie got into office and initiated proceedings to obtain the paper form of Obama’s certificate, he was not able to find it. It was missing. Later on, the White House conducted a press conference to show an image of what they claimed to be Obama’s official birth certificate. After being analyzed by many graphic design experts, the PDF document was deemed to be fake. Since then, the White House never officially responded to accusations that the file shown during the press conference was fraudulent.

Six months ago, a group of citizens in the state of Arizona approached Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s office in Maricopa County and talked to him about their concern regarding the voting process and how their votes could lose all validity due to the fact that no rules were officially established to certify that a presidential candidate in the United States was who he said he was. As it stands now, anyone can claim to be anyone, fill out a card with his name, sign it and then run for president. Mr. Arpaio called a group of investigators composed by former law enforcement officials, lawyers and digital forensic investigators who were asked to take a look at the citizens’ concerns. Sheriff Arpaio also asked investigators to look into the possibility that the documents presented as Barack Obama’s birth certificate and then his Selective Service registration card were not real documents, but perhaps forgeries. Those investigators who worked in the case did not receive taxpayer funds or payments to carry out their investigation. After concluding the analysis, they presented their findings during a press conference. The conclusions were that both documents; Obama’s birth certificate file and his Selective Service registration card provided by the White House as legitimate, were indeed fake.

Their conclusion along with citizens concerns about possible fraud during an election year, prompted Arizona senators to write and present a bill which would require anyone running for president to prove they were American citizens, born in the United States, before their names could be be placed on the state’s ballot. The bill was widely accepted by Arizona’s congress, approved, but was vetoed by the state’s governor Janice K. Brewer. Currently, the bill is going through congressional proceedings again, but its passage is being blocked by senator Nancy Bartow. State representatives like Carl Seel, who introduced the bill, and State Senator Lori Klein, are now being asked by Mrs. Bartow to collect the signatures from all members of the Arizonan Congress who have verbally given their support to the bill. This requirement is not part of the rules established by the congress to allow passage of a bill from one committee to another. The bill is right now being held at the Health Committee, which is chaired by Senator Bartow.

Other independent researchers like Jerome Corsi, who also joined Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation, discovered that records corresponding to the week of Barack Obama supposed birth, called by Corsi as the Pacific Records, were also missing. “The records pertaining to the week that Obama was born are missing. I cannot find any document about Obama’s past that is legitimate or not forged,” says Corsi. According to him, now that the investigation has concluded that Obama’s documents are fake, an official investigation will begin and that will allow the public to realize that “Obama is lying about who he is.” Mr. Corsi warns that the key facts about Barack Obama’s life in the United States are either hidden by the White House, as in the case of the college documents, or are missing, as it happened with the INS cards that correspond to the week Obama was born. He says that the National Archives has confirmed that those documents are missing from its records. In recent weeks, Mr. Corsi unveiled information from his interview with postman Allen Hulton, who for many years delivered mail to the residence of Tom and Mary Ayers, the parents of U.S. terrorist Bill Ayers. The Ayers are thought to have paid for Barack Obama’s college education in Chicago in the 1980s and early 1990s. The Ayers family publicly admitted that they were paying for a foreign student’s education bills. This student, according to Mr. Hulton, was the man people know today as Barack Hussein Obama.

“The Sheriff made clear to me that he wanted an unbiased, non-political investigation,” says Mike Zullo, the lead investigator of Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse. “He said in numerous times that he wanted to clear the president, to have this issue go away and have the country move on.” But for Zullo’s and the rest of the posse’s surprise, the matter was far from going away. As investigators began to look at the April 27, 2011 document presented by the White House as Barack Obama’s legitimate certificate of birth in its electronic or digital form, they found out that the file could be separated into different layers, much as it is done with graphic creations or illustrations. After further analysis, forensic experts realized that several components of the so-called long form birth certificate had been added to the file at different times and had then been “sealed” through a clipping mask. Layers had been cut out and new ones had been added in. “It became apparent to us and apparent to them, that the document had been put together in layers. But had been put together in a way that could only follow human logic, not something that could happen by itself, in a software kind of setting,” said Mr. Zullo during an interview with Infowars.com.

The suspicions that the birth certificate was fraudulent were confirmed after completing another test. “We took the long form certificate and digitally removed the green background. Then we printed a copy with only the written content and put it on a blank screen. We later printed the file onto a green birth certificate background and scanned it. After concluding this process, we weren’t able to alter any of its parts; there were no layers, nothing to be moved at all,” said Zullo. This procedure demonstrated that the supposed Obama’s certificate of birth had been clearly made up by someone with computer software. Another OCR and compression tests conducted by the Cold Case Posse resulted in them finding that the document had anywhere between 45 and 250 layers. Additionally, the registrars and date stamps were found to have been imported into the document, rotated 90 degrees and then placed as if they were original to it. “The document had been 100 percent manufactured, manipulated, but worse than that, the registrar’s stamp and date stamp have lo legal authority certifying this document to be anything,” concluded Zullo.

The case of the Selective Service card does not get any easier for the Obama White House. According to investigators from the Cold Case Posse, the document has a post office date stamp that is different to the ones used back in the day when Barack Obama supposedly appeared at a US Postal Service venue to validate his identity and fill out the card. Back in 1980, the law required people to go to a postal service office, show a valid form of identification, fill out the card and register for selective service. Barack Obama’s Selective Service card was obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed by a former Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer. When the former officer received the card, the date stamp read July 29, 80, as supposed to July 29, 1980. That is 07/29/80, instead of 07/29/1980. After filing a new Freedom of Information Act request, more Selective Service cards from other individuals that filled out their cards around the same days as Barack Obama did confirmed that the date stamp had to be as mandated by United States Postal Service protocols, which was a date with a four digit year. Obama’s Selective Service card’s date stamp was not aligned like the other ones that investigators requested and obtained. The date stamp was offset to the right and low to the right of the stamp.

For investigators, it was clear that whoever forged Obama’s Selective service card could have not obtained a 1980 date stamp from a postal office. According to Mike Zullo, what the forger must have done was to cut a 2008 date stamp in half, rotated it so the printing would read 80 and not 08, placed it on to a handle and stamped it onto what it has been claimed is Obama’s Selective Service card. “What the person did not realize is that if the stamp wasn’t cut straight, it would push against the handle’s compartment and offset the numbers to the right, as it appears to have happened with Obama’s card.” Mr. Zullo says he replicated the effect by cutting a 2008 stamp in an angle and reproduced the offset date stamp just as the forger did on Obama’s Selective Service card. “our contention is that it is another manufactured document.”

Along with the forged Long Form Certificate of Birth and the fake Selective Service card, investigators have found opposition from the government when trying to run Barack Obama’s supposed social security number through federal law enforcement records. They have once and again been blocked from running his number, which many independent investigators believe is also fake.

Along with Mr. Zullo, other police officers, lawyers and forensic experts have begun an official full force investigation to get to the bottom of who and why falsified Barack Obama’s documents, why did the White House presented the documents as legitimate even though they were not, and ultimately to find out who in reality is the individual who calls himself Barack Hussein Obama. When questioned as to how long would the investigation take, or if it could come to a conclusion anytime soon, officer Zullo said: “Sheriff Arpaio has given us full authority to continue this investigation and I don’t see it stopping anytime soon.”

Adultery on the Rise

Finding accurate statistics on adultery rates is very difficult. The most accurate way to get data is through face to face interviews and most people are unwilling to disclose extramarital affairs when they know their identity will be known. However, throughout history, there have been markers that indicate probable increases in infidelity. We’ve listed a few of those times below.

http://liarcatchers.com/adultery.html

Ancient Greece – Ancient Greeks did not view human sexuality the same as we do now. There seems to have been a lot more freedom. As women became land owners and their position in society increased, sexual freedoms became more acceptable as it was considered a gift from the Gods.
The dawning of Christianity – There are scholars who have interpreted certain parts of the Scripture to indicate that some of the earliest Christians felt that because their sins were forgiven they had the freedom to commit all kinds of sexual immorality that had previously been denied them. The Apostle Paul addressed this issue several times in the Epistles admonishing early believers that they were to emulate Christ and abstain from sexual immorality and all other acts that were not in alignment with the teachings of Christ.
Middle Ages – During the Middle Ages adultery was seen as a diversion for the upper classes. Men were expected to marry a virgin and marry well. However, before doing so, there was the expectation that they would have proven their virility on several occasions.
Early U.S. History – At this time there were no divorces because there was no legal way for a couple to end their marriage. However in 1701, if you lived in Maryland, you were able to get a divorce. Divorces were only granted for adultery.
Early 1900’s – Divorce rates were still relatively low, but higher for women than men, which would indicate a rise in adultery since that was the only reason one could get divorced.
1930’s – During the great depression divorce rates more than quadrupled for both men and women. Most likely the stress of the times caused an increase in adultery and the fact that during the 1920’s there was a much looser lifestyle on the rise than had been seen before.
World War II – This period of time saw another spike in the divorce rate, presumably due to the many wartime marriages that took place where people did not really know each other that well. Many marriages were the result of young people feeling that they had to get married since the males were going off to war.
1950’s – This period of time saw the steady increase of divorce rates, over twice the rates of the Great Depression era. At this time divorce was still only granted on grounds of adultery.
1960’s and 70’s – During this time of history, society was going through some major changes. This was the era of “free love,” the Vietnam War was in full swing, Civil Rights and Women’s rights were also being fought for. Once again the divorce rate spiked, this time, it is thought that the advent of no fault divorce played a part in the spike. Even so, history tells us that sexual exploitation was rampant.
21st Century – Once again, society has gone through some serious changes. People are viewing marriage and relationships differently. Statistically it looks like adultery is still on the rise and the disillusionment of marriage and our disposable mentality seems to be at the root of it.

Adultery still tears people and families apart and causes damage to the psyche and the emotional wellbeing of those involved. Children are the biggest losers when families disintegrate due to infidelity.

Identity Theft Even Our Children Are Not Safe From It

A crime wave is sweeping the country: ID thieves are preying on children. Many parents may be surprised to find that their child already has bad credit.

Ian Umscheid is only 7 years old and already has a lengthy and damaging credit report. Among the charges: $5,400 on a Bank of America credit card, $2,700 owed to Ally Financial Bank, and $4,500 to a California jewelry store.”At the time it happened, he would have been about 6,” said Ian’s father Simon Umscheid. “They indicated to me that there was about six or seven accounts open. In total about $15,000 in purchases.

“The problem began after the family’s health care provider lost a computer hard drive. A credit monitoring service caught the suspicious purchases, but not before someone had racked up thousands of dollars in charges.”He said that someone stole the computer and found my name on it, and they made like a card and did my name on it,” said Ian.

http://liarcatchers.com/identity_theft_investigation.html

The Federal Trade Commission says more than 19,000 children had their identities stolen last year. Children have become targets because they have no history of debt.Experts say the identity theft is typically discovered when a child turns 16 or 17 and begins applying for school or car loans.

There are steps parents can take to prevent their child from being a victim.Parents shouldn’t carry their child’s Social Security number around in their wallet unless they are going to need it for a specific purpose. Parents should also monitor their child’s activity online. But even when parents do everything right sometimes things are out of their control.

Ian’s father is a district attorney.”I have been a D.A. for 12 years,” said Umscheid. “I’m a prosecutor. Every day I deal with this issue at work every day. But now it hits home, so that does show that it can happen to anybody, and we’re extremely careful.”Tracking and catching identity thieves can be difficult, and the harm they cause can haunt a person for years. Equifax now offers a family plan to help parents keep tabs on their children’s credit files.

Wrongful Death O.J’s Son May be Responsible

Private investigator William Dear has penned a new book with the stunning allegation that Jason Simpson, not his father O.J., murdered Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman on June 12, 1994.

In O.J. Is Innocent And I Can Prove It, Dear says he’s spent the last six years investigating the case.

http://liarcatchers.com/wrongful_death.html

Dear claims O.J. was at the murder scene but not until after his ex-wife and her friend had been stabbed to death, and that he uncovered substantial circumstantial evidence pointing to Jason being the killer.

That “evidence” came from an abandoned storage locker and Jason’s trash, Dear writes. Two years ago, the Texas gumshoe made the same allegations in a little-seen documentary.

O.J. Simpson was acquitted of the murders in what many viewed as the “trial of the century.” He was later found “liable” for the deaths in a civil suit brought against him by the Brown and Goldman families.

The former football great is now in a Nevada prison, serving a lengthy sentence for armed robbery and kidnapping following his conviction in a bizarre case involving his own sports memorabilia.

LAPD detectives determined Jason Simpson had an alibi at the time of his stepmother’s murder and he was never considered a suspect. Now 41, he was last known to be working as a chef in Miami and has not been reached by media outlets seeking comment on the book.

Wrongful Death Johnathan Ramsey

ELLIS COUNTY — Dallas police have suspended their search for the body of 11-year-old Johnathan Ramsey in Ellis County.

According to police records, his father admitted to starving Johnathan and then dumping his body in Ellis County.

http://liarcatchers.com/wrongful_death.html

The search started on Saturday and continued Sunday morning, but police spokeswoman Melinda Gutierrez said previous weather conditions and dense terrain have made operations difficult. “At this time, we cannot say when the search will resume,” Gutierrez said.

Police said the child’s paternal grandfather, Edward Ramsey, became concerned when he had not seen the child for quite some time, so he called police on Friday. He told investigators he was always getting excuses for where the child was.

“Johnathan always had something else going on, scouting… something, supposedly,” Ramsey told News 8 in an exclusive interview. “I told him [Johnathan’s father] I was tired of the waiting and delays. I wanted to see my grandson.”

Officers from the Northeast Patrol Division launched an investigation and went to talk to the child’s father, Aaron Ramsey, at his home on Clearwater Drive in Dallas. Police said the 34-year-old told them he had dumped Johnathan’s body in Ellis County about a year ago.

Aaron Ramsey and Johnathan’s stepmother, 31-year-old Elizabeth Ramsey, are under arrest for injury to a child, a first-degree felony. Bond was set at $500,000 each.

Police said the Ramseys offered conflicting stories about what happened to their son.

According to documents obtained by The Dallas Morning News, the crime happened at the Ramseys’ home in Dallas. Aaron Ramsey told investigators he hit his son in the chest after the boy allegedly struck his wife, who was pregnant with triplets. She apparently lost the babies.

The documents reveal that Ramsey admitted to locking his son in a bedroom because he was becoming more violent, and would only give him bread, water and some milk as nourishment.

Ramsey claims in the documents that he saw his son eating his own feces.

The documents also mention that when Ramsey found his son unresponsive, he bathed him, put him in a sleeping bag, and took him to Ennis — where he dumped him.

Aaron Ramsey allegedly led detectives to the search area about seven miles south of Ennis.

The FBI has been called in to help with the search in the sparsely-populated farming area. Dallas police do not have “cadaver dogs” that are specially trained to seek out human remains.

The search was suspended Sunday morning with no sign of the boy’s body.

Johnathan’s biological mother lives in another state and detectives have also spoken with her.

Johnathan was withdrawn from school, and officials were told he was going to another school, so no one reported him missing from the district.

His grandfather is relying on his faith to see him through these difficult times.

“Even in such terrible tragedy, God is still in control,” Edward Ramsey said. “There’s not a smile on my face right now. There’s a smile in my heart, because I know my grandson is in the presence of God and we will see him again.”

Identity theft More Than Just Credit Cards

Last year there were 279,000 reports of identity theft. There have been an estimated 10 million victims each year for 12 straight years. Consumers that are not concerned about identity theft generally do not understand what identity theft is. With this weekend’s familiar headlines such as, “Credit Card Breach affects 10 million Cardholders,” it is not hard to understand why many consumers associate identity theft with credit card fraud instead of the more insidious types of identity theft.

http://liarcatchers.com/identity_theft_investigation.html

Last week I was told three painful stories of an uglier side of identity theft where the victims bear all the costs—financial and emotional. Here are the abbreviated stories all from Wisconsin.

A young man from La Crosse, Wisconsin recalled how he spent time in jail after the license plate from his car was stolen. The license plate was used on the thief’s vehicle, and the plate was caught on a gas station surveillance video after the thief filled the tank and sped away without payment.

Continue reading on Examiner.com Wisconsin’s ugly side of identity theft

One might call this vehicle identity theft because the identity of the vehicle was stolen. As with any type of stolen or forged license or identification, the records often trace back to a real human victim. When a crime is committed in the name of the victim of ID theft, the victim can spend hours or days in police custody and jail until the fraud is sorted out by police. It is always possible that the case does not get resolved and the victim does time for the crime another person committed. The young man spent an untold number of hours sorting out the crime with law enforcement.

Midweek I received a desperate phone call for help from a woman in the Fox Valley Region of Wisconsin. After being turned down for many jobs and apartment rentals, she became suspicious that a previous identity theft incident was keeping her from getting a job offer and renting an apartment. She was tipped off when one person referred to her “record.”

Some years ago law enforcement stopped a vehicle and searched it and the passengers. One of the passengers had unidentified medications in her purse, which the police confiscated. The woman did not have any identification, and she gave the police a former high school classmate’s name and fictitious address. The police later determined that the confiscated substance was cocaine. Although the identity thief was not apprehended, a warrant was issued for her arrest.

The victim of the identity theft learned about the situation and thought she resolved the mistaken identity issue and drug charges with law enforcement and the district attorney’s office. Today the drug charge against her remains on various public records, which affects her ability to obtain housing and a job.

How often do people give false identification when encountered by law enforcement? A few recent incidences in Madison, Wisconsin include a man who identified himself to a police officer as Alex. Alex then fled the scene of the traffic stop. Henry Geoffrey Charlton, or Alex, was later arrested and charged with several crimes and traffic violations including obstructing a police officer and possession of heroin.

A Dane County Sheriff’s Deputy observed and stopped a vehicle with a suspended license plate. The driver did not have identification and gave a false name. The man agreed to have the deputy follow him to his home to produce identification. When they arrived at his home, the man’s mother identified him as Luis A Celeya-Hernandez, which was not the name given by the man when the deputy stopped him. The deputy learned that Celeya-Hernandez had a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and charged with several crimes and traffic violations.

When Madison Police booked Robert Gallardo Borja into the Dane County, Wisconsin jail last February for drunk driving, they learned that his fingerprints showed he was someone else. The man presented identification bearing the name of Borja. Fingerprints showed he was Jorge Victor Ramos Santarosa who faces his third alleged drunk driving offense.

These are examples of where law enforcement was able to discern that the suspect falsely identified him or herself. When law enforcement cannot make that determination there is often an innocent person who has to face the consequences of criminal identity theft.

A Milwaukee mother received a phone call from law enforcement explaining some of the alleged crimes her son committed while he was employed in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The mother listened attentively, and told the officer that her son was with her, and she would get him to come to the telephone. The officer was relieved to locate the alleged crook and gain the cooperation of the mother. The mother said, “there is just one thing you should know, my son is 11 years old.”

Child identity theft affects an estimated 140,000 children every year. In a previous article we reviewed a story of child identity theft that took place in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

These identity theft incidences directly affected the victims. Tens of thousands of these stories go untold each year. The stories that are news are often the data breaches involving large corporations, many of which never result in identity theft. Those few data breaches that result in identity theft are often resolved with a phone call to the financial institutions responsible for the credit cards. Data breaches can cost financial institutions and other businesses tens of millions of dollars to resolve but more often than not they do not cost cost the victims anything. Although, all consumers pay for the cost of data breaches and any misuse of the credit cards by paying higher prices for goods and services. Identity theft costs American consumers and businesses over $50 billion each year.

What about the three victims of identity theft discussed in this article? Who pays for time spent in jail, the humiliation, the blemish on their character, the attorney fees required to clear their name, their inability to gain employment and housing, and the emotional trauma that identity theft had, is having and will continue to have on their life.

Anyone not concerned about identity theft does not know what identity theft is. They are confusing identity theft with bank and credit card fraud.
