The child pornography case against a Madison County man is moving forward.
According to the Richmond Register, a grand jury has indicted Frankie Hardy on twenty counts of possession of child pornography. Hardy was arrested in February after a state police undercover operation.

Investigators say Hardy was also sharing images of child exploitation online.
