A Winchester man is accused of pretending to be a police officer to try to get his stuff back from an alleged prostitute.
Tuesday night, an officer says Colt Christopher was seen beating on an apartment door along North Main Street in downtown Winchester.

According to an arrest citation, the suspect identified himself as Winchester Police. Once an actual officer arrived, police say Christopher charged at the officer and had to be tasered.
Police say Christopher had apparently solicited a prostitute, who had allegedly stolen his wallet and his phone.
