A Pulaski County man is headed to jail after a second DUI arrest. According to court documents, James Jasper went through a Dairy Queen drive-thru Saturday night, at more than twice the legal limit.
This arrest follows another DUI in March 2013, in which he crashed into a fence, resulting in his daughter, Jaden, being in the hospital for nearly a month. For that arrest he faced ten years in jail, but was sentenced to house arrest and probation instead.
