Police say 61-year-old Tommy Reeves was found dead in a Barbourville river on Saturday.
Reeves was reported missing to the Knox County Sheriff’s Department by his girlfriend after he went missing on October 4.

According to a release from Kentucky State Police, an autopsy is pending, but preliminary results indicate Reeves died from cardiovascular problems.
The death is still under investigation.
