Kentucky State Police say their investigation revealed that Fugate and Combs had been in a fight before Fugate’s death.
Combs is being held at the Kentucky River Regional Jail.
An autopsy on Fugate will be performed at the Kentucky State Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort and a final cause of death is pending.
