A rescue dog tracked down a missing elderly man in Russell County Thursday night.
Officials say Earl Hadley, 80, was reported missing from a home along KY-1058 in Jamestown by family members around 9 p.m. The Russell County Rescue Squad, Russell County Sheriff’s Office and EMS began searching the area. A dog handled by constable Michael Bray, who is also a member of the Russell County Rescue squad dog team, located Hadley about a half mile from his home at about 10:30 p.m.
