Frisco Police say Philip and a 15-year-old boy not being identified because of his age were messing around in their neighborhood on March 24. They are accused of setting fire to cardboard inside a vacant house at 15178 Beckley Lane, which is south of Eldorado Parkway. The fire totally destroyed the house. Damages were estimated at $250,000. They are also accused of setting a second fire at 11239 Ashley Drive that was started with Sheetrock and insulation. The fire caused about $500 in damage to a media room. A third fire at 15196 Bardwell Lane was confined to a living room fireplace and caused no damage, according to police
