Fort Bend authorities are looking for a man who walked away from a group home on Tuesday, the second person within two weeks who has been reported missing.

The homes are about 2 miles apart.

Henderson has been diagnosed with schizophrenia, officials with the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office said on Friday.

Group home staff on Wednesday notified the sheriff’s office about Henderson.

Henderson is white, 5-feet 9-inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He has blond hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, tan pants and red shoes. He was carrying a black and red backpack.

In Bosier’s case, group home staff notified authorities on the afternoon of his disappearance, officials said.

Bosier is mildly mentally disabled and has ADHD, officials said. He is black, 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds.

He has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans.

In both instances, deputies canvassed the immediate neighborhood and local parks.

Investigators have also contacted medical facilities and law enforcement agencies.

Neither man has family in the immediate area nor is familiar with the Houston area, officials said.

Neither probably does not have money. Both had only been at their respective group home for about the six weeks, staff told authorities.

Anyone with information about the men should contact the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch at 281-341-4665 or Detective Scott Heinemeyer at 281-341-4657.
