Five people suffered injuries in a crash along Russell Cave Road in Bourbon County Friday morning.
Police say a pickup truck traveling east along Hawkins Cummins Road slid through a stop sign at the intersection of Russell Cave and T-boned a van. The impact pushed the van into a telephone pole and the vehicle then slid into a ditch. The pickup rolled several times.

EMS took one victim from the pickup and four from the van to UK Hospital. Officials did not release any information on their conditions
