The Fayette County coroner has released the name of the woman found dead behind a Lexington apartment complex over the weekend.
A maintenance worker at the complex on Marietta Drive found the remains in a garbage bag on Sunday around 5 p.m. Officials said the body could have been there for several weeks.

The coroner says the victim was Elmia Farris, 32. He says the cause of death is pending further investigation.
On Monday afternoon, Lexington police announced they had charged 38-year-old Chico Rucker with murder and tampering with physical evidence in the case. Police say he lived with the victim.
