Wrongful Death More Info on Murder/Suicide in Green County

Kentucky State Police Post 15 detectives have determined that the shooting was domestic related and are now working a murder/suicide. Barry Moore, 40, shot and killed his ex-wife, Pamela Moore, 43. The couple was divorced but still living together.

The shooting occurred at a residence owned by 66-year-old Barbara Wright, located just behind the Moore’s residence. Detectives believe that Barry Moore pursued Pamela Moore to the residence where he shot his ex-wife and two other women at the residence. Barbara Wright’s granddaughter, 22-year-old Ashley Wright, was at the residence and was also shot. Barry Moore then turned the weapon on himself and took his own life.
