A Winston-Salem man and woman were charged Sunday with having sex with a 13-year-old girl and abusing her, court records show.
Ronald Perry Jr., 37, of East Fifth Street was charged with statutory sex offense and three counts of taking indecent liberties with a child, arrest warrants say. A city police officer accused Perry of engaging in a sexual act with the girl from July 26 to Sept. 6 and taking indecent liberties with her in June and from July 26 to Sept. 6, the warrant said.

Patricia Renee Lee, 37, who lives in the same building as Perry, was charged with three counts of felony child abuse, an arrest warrant says. An officer accused Lee of allowing the girl to watch a man perform a sexual act on himself and allowing the girl to perform a sexual act on the man, the warrant said. The incidences are alleged to have occurred between July 26 and Sept. 6
Police didn’t describe a specific relationship between Perry and Lee, but they are neighbors, police said.
Perry and Lee were being held Monday in the Forsyth County Jail. Perry’s bond was set at $650,000, and Lee’s bond was set at $180,000. They are scheduled to appear in court Oct. 3.
