Nixa police officers traveled to Liberty, Mo. on Friday to pick up a teenager who went missing for six days.
Jordan Anne Robinson, 13, was discovered missing from her home on Oct. 27. A resident of Liberty saw a photograph of Robinson that was circulated by media outlets and contacted the Liberty Police Department to report Robinson’s location.
Liberty police reported that they took Robinson into custody without incident on Friday.

The Nixa Police Department had classified Robinson as an endangered runaway. According to a police press release, Robinson may have willingly left her home with an unknown person she met on the Internet.
The Nixa Police Department worked with other law enforcement agencies, including the Missouri State Highway Patrol, to locate Robinson.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol Missing Persons Clearinghouse created a listing for Robinson on Oct. 26. According to the Highway Patrol, there are 377 missing juveniles in Missouri.
