There was a disturbing discovery Monday in Harlan County after the body of a missing man was found on the riverbank behind the Hardee’s restaurant.
Investigators confirm the body is that of Christopher Allen Buell. He had walked off from the Harlan ARH Hospital last week.

State Police had asked for the public’s help finding him. They say there is no foul play connected to his death.
