State police have issued a missing person alert for a 27-year-old Jewett City man who was reported missing Friday.
Larry Cloutier, described as a white male with brown hair and blue eyes, is 5-foot-11-inches tall and weighs 145 pounds, according to the state police’s Silver Alert. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a black hat.
