Mark Neuman, wanted on felony warrants in Prescott, was arrested in Sauk County, Wis., by the U.S. Marshal’s Service Tuesday.
Neuman, 57, is accused of attempting to lure a 10-year-old girl for sex after showing her pornographic photos and talking to her suggestively, according to Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office Silent Witness Coordinator Steve Skurja. He also showed pornographic material to an 11-year-old boy and was recently found to be in possession of methamphetamines and a meth pipe, Skurja said.

Skurja said he believed Neuman was homeless.
Neuman was arrested but was released from custody and left the state before he could be indicted. The warrants were issued in September.
He was tracked to Wisconsin, and officers said he had meth and drug paraphernalia when they arrested him.
Neuman is awaiting extradition to Arizona.
