Missing Person Jessica Lynn Palmer of St. Louis, MO

The St. Louis County Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a mentally-challenged Missouri girl who went missing early Tuesday morning.

According to authorities, Jessica Lynn Palmer left her residence in the 4500 block of Southridge Pines Dr. between the early hours of 1:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.

The 19-year-old is described as a 5’4” tall, 200-pound white female with blue eyes and red hair.  Authorities say she was last seen wearing a black coat and blue jeans.

Palmer reportedly suffers from depression, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, and mania.

Anyone seeing the missing person or anyone having information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 9-1-1 or call the St. Louis County Police Department at (314) 889-2341.
