A Pulaski County pastor accused of gunning down three people inside a Danville business last fall could face the death penalty.
According to the Herald-Leader, prosecutors filed papers Thursday indicating they would pursue death in the case of Kenneth ‘Allen’ Keith.

Police say Keith shot Mike and Angela Hockensmith, and their business associate Daniel Smith, inside ABC Gold Games and More in Danville back on Sept. 20.
