Phillips Brooks, 81, white male, 5’7″, 150 lbs., blue eyes, gray hair on sides (bald).
Last seen: 200 Etra Road, East Windsor Township driving a red 2006 Subaru Forester wagon with a NJ plate ZTS47Y. An E-Z Pass check indicates Mr. Brooks was in Cape May on April 4, 2014 at 6:53 p.m.

Mr. Brooks suffers from dementia, vertigo, and requires medications for numerous ailments.
