William Barthel, 57, male, white, 5’10”, 140 pounds, brown eyes, brown hair, scar on right side of neck.
Mr. Barthel was last seen at 3 Adams Court, 2B, Nutley, N.J., on 06/25/2014. There is no clothing description available and no known possible destinations. It is not known if Mr. Barthel used any type of transportation.
