Lexington police have charged a Lexington man with sexually abusing two young neighbors.

Officer arrested William Dwayne Carter, 38, at his home on Emerson Drive on Tuesday. According to court documents, Carter had sexual contact with two boys under the age of 12 back in May.
Police charged Carter with two counts of sexual abuse.
