Fargo Police, tipped off by Homeland Security, have arrested a man for sharing and producing child porn.
Police arrested Duane Barth II on Thursday afternoon after executing a search warrant. Police say they found images of child porn involving a relative under the age of 5.
Barth faces 23 charges including gross sexual imposition, promotion of sexual performance by a minor and possession of child porn.

Lt. Joel Vettel calls the case shocking and horrific given the nature of the crime and the victim’s age but says while rare, they do happen in the Fargo area. He adds, “When we do have them, we make sure we do all we can to bring those people to justice.”
Barth is being held at the Cass County Jail on $1 million bail.
