A man charged with arson in a deadly fire has been indicted by a grand jury for murder.
Police say 53-year-old Ronald Mills intentionally set a fire in a home on Brook Street early Monday morning.
Neighbors describe Mills as a nuisance.

Mills appeared in court on Tuesday on the arson charges and was visibly shaken.
The name of the man killed in the fire has not yet been released.
