A family is still holding out hope in finding their missing loved one.
Frances Ann Wartenburg, 33, of St. Albans was reported missing on March 4, 2015. She was last seen on February 21, 2015.
Wartenburg is of thin build, and is “short in height”, according to family members. She has hazel eyes and dark brown, short hair. Family members say she does not have her phone on her.

A spokesman with the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office said they have some leads in this case, but cannot release them at this time.
In a news release, Cpl. Brian Humphreys said, “Anytime a person is missing for this length of time there is cause for concern.”
