A Morgan County man turned himself in to authorities Tuesday on a charge of sexually abusing a child.
David Wayne Lee, 34, was recently indicted on a charge of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12 and a warrant was issued for his arrest, according to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office. He turned himself in, was booked and later was released on $10,000 bond.

The Sheriff’s Office first learned of the alleged abuse in early 2014, after the victim told her parents what had happened. The abuse reportedly occurred in December 2010.
The child’s age at the time of the crime was not immediately available.
