Kentucky State Police made an arrest in connection with a murder investigation in Perry County Tuesday morning.
Police say a KSP special unit tracked down James Brewer, 61, at a home in the Ary community and took him into custody after a short foot-chase.

Investigators say Brewer shot Robert Miller in the face last Wednesday night. Miller later died from his injuries.
Police charged Brewer with murder.
