Identity Theft Buffalo, NY Woman Arrested

Investigation by Erie County Sheriff’s Detectives led to the arrest of a woman for identity theft.

Police say they received a complaint from a resident in Holland who thought his name and social security number were in use elsewhere. Police probes found that a person had used his name to open a National Fuel gas account and several charges totaling more than $1,500.
