Forest Lake man has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct after he allegedly attacked a preschool girl attending an in-home day care run by his wife.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Washington County District Court, the victim, now 17, reported the offenses after “repressed memories were triggered by recent events.”
The complaint said the assaults happened when the victim was between the ages of 2 and 5, while she attended the day care run by DeFlorin’s wife from 1998 to approximately 2006.
The victim said that on several occasions, DeFlorin took her to his truck, laid her down in the back seat and penetrated her, the complaint said.
