On November 10, 1985, the unidentified remains of an adult female (victim 1) and a juvenile female (victim 2) were discovered in a 55-gallon metal barrel covered with a tarp. They were located in a wooded area behind a trailer park adjacent to Bear Brook State Park near Allenstown, New Hampshire. Victim 1 is a white female aged 22 to 33, and victim 2 is a white female aged 5 to 11. On May 9, 2000, a second barrel was discovered approximately 100 yards from the first with the skeletal remains of victims 3 and 4. Victim 3 is a white female aged 2 to 4, and victim 4 is a white female aged 1 to 3. All four victims were killed between 1980 and 1985 and possibly as early as 1977. DNA analysis revealed that victim 1 is the mother of 2 and 4. Victim 3 is not maternally related to victim 1, yet there is a possibility of paternal relationship to the other juveniles. All four victims likely were living in the same area for the last 2 to 3 months of their lives.

On Saturday, March 7, 2015, a human skull was found by kids in a wooded area in West Chester, Ohio. Evidence collected in the area suggests that the individual was wearing a Bobby Brooks brand white, short-sleeved, pull-over shirt with red and blue horizontal stripes; Faded Glory brand blue jeans (size 12); and SAS brand black tie shoes. Found nearby was a blue denim cloth bag with a black fanny pack containing a pair of scissors, a knife, a lighter, and cotton candy lip gloss. Items also recovered, which may be associated with the victim, include two pairs of eyeglasses (prescription and reading) and a pair of gloves. This individual most likely died within the past 6 months.

Clothing: Bobby Brooks brand white shirt with red and blue horizontal stripes, Faded Glory blue jeans, and SAS “Freetime Women’s Tripad” brand black shoes. A fanny pack and a two-handled blue denim cloth bag also were recovered.

Dental: Upper dentures without implants and lower dentures with mandibular implants. Decedent had severe bone atrophy in the maxilla and mandible. This was an expensive, unique dental prosthetic.

Missing Persons – Oscoda, Michigan

On Friday, October 31, 1969, schoolmates Pamela Sue Hobley (15) and Patricia Spencer (16) were reported missing from Oscoda, Michigan. The girls were not considered friends, but it is thought that they may have skipped school together. No one has seen or heard from them since.  Neither girl had a purse or ID with them. Foul play is suspected. On Friday, January 29, 1999, Diane Louise Wolf (Althoff) was reported missing after she did not show up to work at 11:00 p.m. at Hanover Foods, located on Route 116, Hanover, Pennsylvania. She last was seen depositing money at Allfirst Bank, located on Dart Drive, at 7:30 a.m. that same morning. Two days after Diane disappeared, her 1994 turquoise Pontiac Grand Prix was found securely parked at the Weis Market parking lot in Hanover, Pennsylvania. Diane left behind her cell phone, clothes, and personal effects. Her purse and credit cards have not been used or found. Foul play is suspected. On Tuesday, August 15, 1978, the Jackson County, Wisconsin, Sheriff’s Office was notified of the recovery of a human skull in a remote area in the Township of Knapp. The photos are a scientific reconstruction approximating the victim’s appearance in 1978. The man’s hairstyle, the presence or absence of a beard, mustache, eyeglasses, eye color, height, and weight are unknown. One silver-colored Medi-Stud brand earring was located near the body. The earring is believed to have been used by ear piercing salons. On Friday, January 2, 2015, Marina Pearl Boelter was reported missing by her coworkers after she did not show up for work at the IGA grocery store, located off South Highway 231, Bloomfield, Indiana, on January 1. Marina Boelter last was observed after work at approximately 6:00 p.m. on December 31 at the old Sunoco gas station gravel lot directly north of the IGA. She has not been seen since. On Wednesday, October 26, 1994, a hunter found the nude remains of a white female, between 30 to 50 years old, 50 to 75 yards north of Bamfield Road, located in Huron National Forest. This location is approximately two-tenths of a mile east of the Brodie Road and Bamfield Road intersection in Glennie, Michigan. It is estimated that this victim died 1 to 4 years prior to her remains being found. She suffered a fracture to her left arm just above the elbow years before her death. The victim also displayed evidence of healed injuries to the spinal column in the upper and lower thoracic region. These injuries may be the result of a traffic accident. Since that time there has been no activity from the victim, to include use of her credit and debit cards.

On June 18, 1998, the unidentified remains of a black female were located in Bel Alton, Maryland. The victim was found nude and covered with brush and vegetation near an abandoned home. She had a fractured skull and appeared to have been killed at another location and transported to the body recovery location.

On January 28, 2014, the victim’s remains were found near some vacant apartments in Highland Springs, Virginia. The victim’s skull was separated from the other remains due to either animal interference or environmental circumstances. Other skeletal bones were found tied inside four layers of black, plastic trash bags and were lying underneath a futon mattress. Under the mattress was a “Sponge Bob” fleece blanket.

The remains of an unidentified Hispanic male were discovered in Immokalee, Florida. The victim was wearing Levi’s brand blue jeans; K-Mart brand underwear; a Prest Rite-brand long-sleeved, red-checked flannel shirt; green socks with orange and white stripes at the top; and brown boots. The victim may have had family living in Houston and Dallas, Texas. He was known by the name Raldalpho or Raldalfo (name spelling was determined to vary).

On September 23, 1980, at approximately 12:19 p.m., the body of a black female was located in the Cal-Sag Channel in Alsip, Illinois. The victim was facedown in the fetal position, naked from the waist down with six stab wounds to her back and two to her chest. She was bound with an electrical cord around her hands and had a neck tie around her neck, which also bound one hand to her upper legs. Her face was covered with adhesive tape. She was found wearing a blue wool sweater, dark floral blouse, and a beige bra.

On April 18, 1985, the victim’s remains were found in a field on Cooley Road north of Route 210 in rural Southeastern Clay County, Missouri. The only remains found were the victim’s skull and a few other bones. There was a brown hair comb, numerous teeth, and two bullets recovered near the skull.
