Nasvhille Police arrested truck driver Bruce Mendenhall, of Illinois back in 2007. They say he was a serial killer responsible for the deaths of as many as nine women in multiple states.

Mendenhall was charged with Purpora’s death in 2008, although her body had not been found. Her blood was found in the cab of his truck.

Mendenhall is currently serving a life sentence.
