KSP is requesting assistance in locating a missing person from Elliott County.
They say Robin Green-Skaggs, 54, of Sandy Hook, was last seen on January 8, 2017 around 5:00 p.m. in Sandy Hook.

KSP describes her as 5’6’’ with green eyes and long brown hair.
They do not yet have a clothing description.
