A former Miss Kentucky USA finalist is accused of setting her roommate’s bed on fire.
Louisville police say Christen McAllister admitted to setting the bed on fire after getting into an argument with her roommate.

It happened early Saturday morning at an off campus apartment complex close to the University of Louisville. According to the arrest citation, she may have been under the influence of alcohol. McAllister has been charged with first degree arson.
She appeared in a Jefferson County Courtroom Tuesday to plead not guilty to the charges. She was ordered to have no contact with the home in which the fire was reportedly set.
