Three women were arrested in Boyd County after police say they sexually abused a mentally disabled child.
Tina Scerba and Rebecca Scerba face charges of unlawful transaction with a minor, complicity to sodomy and complicity to rape charges. Felicia Rowe faces charges of sodomy. rape and promoting a minor in a sexual performance.

Ashland Police say all three women are accused in an investigation involving the sexual abuse of a mentally disabled child.
The child is now in the care of social services.
All three women remain in the Boyd County Detention Center.
