Pike County Emergency Management and firefighters in Elkhorn City are searching for a man they believe went missing after an ATV ride in the mountains.
East Kentucky Broadcasting reports that 53-year-old Richard D. Ramey was last seen Saturday riding a red ATV in the area known locally as Beaver Creek.
Ramey’s family says he has heart problems and requires medication.

Ramey was last seen wearing a yellow shirt and blue jogging pants. Searchers ask anyone with information concerning his whereabouts to contact the Kentucky State Police at (606) 433-7711.
Crews will search again Tuesday. If he is not found by then, the case will be handed over to KSP.
