Police in Rowan County made an arrest Sunday in connection with a fatal automobile accident last year.
A grand jury indicted Zachary A. Wallace, 24, on manslaughter charges on April 20. Police say Wallace was driving a pickup truck along Little Perry Road near Morehead on April 9, 2011, when he lost control and overturned. Michael Henderson, 19, was ejected from the vehicle and killed.

Police say on Sunday, a Kentucky State Police trooper on routine patrol in the area of U.S. 60 and Sunshine Lane located Wallace and made an arrest.
