Pedophile Tracking 20 Yr Old Disney Worker Arrested

A 20-year-old Disney employee was arrested and suspended without pay after Orange County deputies accused him of sexually attacking two young children.

Disney officials would not say what duties Matthew Sepik was responsible for or how long he worked for the theme park.

According to his arrest report, Sepik did not meet his victims while working for Disney. The sexual abuse is believed to have started in January 2007 when Sepik was 14. The report says Sepik molested a boy and a girl who were both younger than 12 when the abuse started.

The girl told investigators the abuse continued until September. On the most recent occasion, she said Sepik kissed her. The report also detailed more inappropriate behavior that happened during a five-year span.

The male victim, who said he was molested at least 12 times, chose not to file charges or testify against Sepik but the female victim agreed to cooperate with investigators.

Missing Person Dashad Smith of Charlottesville Still Missing After 3 Months

Dashad ‘Sage’ Smith is still missing after three months.

“It’s the not knowing part that just really gets to me is not knowing if he’s OK,” said Dashad’s grandmother, Lolita Smith. “It’s not knowing if he’s OK, if he’s cold, if he’s hungry, or if somebody is hurting him.”

Smith’s family has organized searches, and Charlottesville police dug through trash at a Henrico County landfill looking for clues, but nothing was found.

“To Erik if you can hear me, if you know what has happened to Dashad or if you know where Dashad is, please get in contact with us, we miss him and we want him home,” said Smith.

Missing Person Sacramento Woman Identified After being Hit by Light Rail

A woman who was hit and injured by a light rail train on Wednesday is the woman reported missing earlier this week, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department.

Witnesses say the woman stepped on the tracks near the Watt Avenue station as the light rail driver honked twice. But the woman didn’t notice the train until it was too late and was dragged several feet.

http://liarcatchers.com/missing_persons_investigations.html

“He honked the horn two times and then she immediately saw it, and she ducked and then that’s kind of how she got sucked under,” witness Emmanuel Gonzalez said.

Alice Alspektor, 66, went missing from her home on Edison Avenue at around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. A Silver Alert had been issued and the public was asked to look out for her because she was diagnosed as bipolar and has dementia.

Fortunately, Alspektor survived the incident.

“I ran over. I said, ‘Hey, are you OK? Are you OK?’ And the person who was under there moved her leg,” witness Chauncey Wynn said. “They were still breathing.”

It’s unknown how badly Alspektor was injured.

Missing Person New Reward for Missing Marion County Mother

An new reward for information leading to the whereabouts of a Marion County mother who seemingly vanished more than two years ago has been offered by her family 30th birthday.

Kara Rigdon, then a 27-year-old mother of two, disappeared in July of 2010. She was last seen in the area of Beechfork Loop Road in Marion County. Her car was later found abandoned along the Bluegrass Parkway.

http://liarcatchers.com/missing_persons_investigations.html

“It’s like you’ve got a missing piece to your puzzle. A missing piece to your heart that’s not there,” said Sheila Tingle, the missing woman’s mother. “She loved her children very much and she would never have left them willingly.”

Tingle said the new reward is $10,500. A previous reward of $11,000 expired in December and the money was returned to donors.

In October, the father of Kara’s child, William Rigdon was charged with the murder of Wendell “Gleason” Pyles. Pyles was shot and killed in late September while on the job as a maintenance worker at Tarter Gate Company in Casey County. Police never named Rigdon a suspect in his wife’s mysterious disappearance, but those close to the investigation have said they believe Rigdon knew more than he let on.

Wrongful Death Warren County Man Bites Birds Head Off

A Warren County man pleaded guilty Tuesday to second-degree animal cruelty after law enforcement became aware of a video of him biting the head off a live baby bird.

According to the Bowling Green Daily News, Bradley Heard, 29, of Rockfield, was ordered by Warren District Judge Brent Potter to pay a $500 fine and $154 in court costs. Heard was also given a 12-month probated sentence and ordered to commit no new offenses.

The video that led to the charge against Heard was posted on YouTube on June 3 by a person whose YouTube account shows no other recordings.

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office became aware of the clip in September via employees of the Bowling Green-Warren County Humane Society, according to a report prepared by Deputy Robert Boyden.

The 45-second clip shows a man outdoors biting the head off a bird in the opening seconds and walking toward the camera with the head in his mouth.

Pedophile Tracking Kansas City Man Pleads Guilty

A 38-year-old Kansas man on Tuesday admitted he crossed state lines to engage in sex acts with young boys in 1999 and 2000, federal prosecutors said.

Robert Poe III, of Kansas City, pleaded guilty to three counts of traveling from Kansas to Missouri for the purpose of engaging in sex acts with a child, U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said in a news release.

http://liarcatchers.com/pedophile_tracking.html

Kansas City police started investigating Poe in November 2000 after a woman reported he engaged in sex acts with her 7-year-old son.

Poe’s sentencing is set for May 20, Grissom said. He faces up to 30 years in federal prison and a maximum fine of $250,000 on each count.

According to Grissom:

Poe was accused of forcing the 7-year-old boy to perform oral sex on him in his home, leading to two counts. In an April 2000 incident, Poe allegedly showed the boy photos of nude children first and in July of that year held a gun to his head during a sex act.

The third count stems from incidents in 1999 or 2000 involving a 10- or 12-year-old boy. That boy told authorities he and his brother first met Poe in a Kansas City hospital in 1998 through Michael Arnett, a friend.

Both men reportedly molested the boys and forced them to perform oral sex — sometimes at gunpoint — during trips to Shawnee, Oklahoma City, St. Louis and Bennett Springs, Mo.

In a separate federal case, Arnett pleaded guilty to a single count of producing child pornography, Grissom said. He is scheduled for sentencing in that case on May 13.
