Missing Person Olivia Graham of Taylorsville, UT

Police have followed several possible leads, but were still looking Monday for a 17-year-old girl with a diminished mental capacity who has been missing for a week.

Olivia Graham was last spotted Nov. 24 leaving her house. She was supposed to go by bus to a treatment center, but did not show up. The girl “suffers from several mental disabilities and functions at a 12-year-old level,” according to Unified Police Lt. Justin Hoyal.

Detectives believe Graham went back to her house when her parents were not home, took money and two backpacks filled with unspecified items, and left, Hoyal said.

http://liarcatchers.com/missing_persons_investigations.html

Police believe Graham has not taken her medication for one week and “can become violent,” putting herself and others in danger because of her mental condition, Hoyal said. Because of this, the endangered missing person alert was sent out.

Graham is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, has shoulder-length hair and brown eyes. According to police, she could be wearing a black coat and pants and carrying one blue and one black backpack.

The teen does not have a cellphone or credit cards, Hoyal said.

She often uses TRAX stations near 2100 South, Valley Fair Mall and the Salt Lake Main Library, he said.

This is not the first time Graham has run away. In 2012, Unified police asked for the public’s help to find her. She had been staying at a friend’s house, Hoyal said, and returned home about 36 hours after she went missing.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 801-743-7000.

Accident Reconstruction State Police ID Man Killed in Madison County Accident

State police have identified the person killed in a single vehicle accident in Madison County, Monday evening.

Richard A. Tillery, 18, was driving on South US 25 in a BMW near the Rockcastle County line.

Tillery lost control of his vehicle and crossed the oncoming lane of traffic, before leaving the left side of the road and colliding with a tree. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Madison County Coroner. It does not appear that he was wearing his seatbelt and speed appears to be a factor in the collision.

Police tell LEX 18 that a trooper, heading North on 25, noticed the speeding vehicle but the trooper lost visual contact with Tillery’s vehicle.

A few moments later, after turning around, the trooper stumbled upon Tillery’s car after he had already crashed.

The investigation into the accident is ongoing.

Private Detective: Four Indicted in Boyle County Domino’s Shooting

Four people allegedly involved in a scheme that almost killed a woman at a Boyle County pizza restaurant have been indicted, including a 16-year-old who will be tried as an adult.

The Advocate Messenger reports Robin Adams, Patrick Brand, Rico Penix and Nathaniel Sinclair-Davis were all indicted on first degree assault and robbery charges.

http://liarcatchers.com/contact.php

The group is accused of calling in a fake order to the Domino’s pizza in Danville, where Zoe Reed was working alone after the driver left to deliver the fake order.

Police say two people went in, robbed the store and shot Reed.

The newspaper says Reed identified 16-year-old Nathaniel Sinclair-Davis as the possible shooter. In a testimony in October, however, both Adams and Brand told police Penix may have been the shooter.

All four are scheduled to be back in court for an arraignment on Tuesday.
