Missing Person Reward Increased for Marion County Woman

Three years after disappearing, Kara Tingle’s smiling face graces yet another missing person poster.

“I would go through Walmart and I would look at the things and I would go ‘oh, I really feel for those people’ and now I’m one of those people,” said Kara’s mother, Sheila Tingle.

The family of Kara Tingle, a mother who went missing in 2010, now hopes an increased reward totaling $12,000 will help bring answers to the unsolved three year old case.

http://liarcatchers.com/missing_persons_investigations.html

“We just need information leading to finding Kara, but we do have to find Kara,” Sheila said.

The young mother vanished July 17, 2010 and was last seen on Beechfork Loop Road in Gravel Switch. Her car was eventually found abandoned along the Bluegrass Parkway.

“She said ‘mom, I’m okay. I’ll be home shortly’ and she never showed up,” Sheila remembers.

Now, on the third anniversary of her disappearance, Kara’s mother, Sheila, continues to fight for information.

“We’ve taken this day by day, and year by year, and we’ll continue to do so until we find the answers,” she said. “No, I won’t give up.”

As the reward continues to grow, Sheila hopes it’s enough to bring her daughter home.

“I’ve been asked what’s the magic number. I don’t know the magic number. If I did, I would do something to get to that magic number to get someone to call in.”

A call this mother hopes, prays and waits for every single day.

“Every day that we go by, you think ‘is today the day that I find out something?’ If not, you get up the next morning, ‘is today the day I find out something? But it’s one day closer to finding out the answers,” she says.

Kara’s ex-husband, William Rigdon, is in jail charged in the murder of Wendall Gleason Pyles, who was shot to death last September at a Casey County business.

Rigdon was never named a suspect in Kara’s disappearance, but police close to the investigation have said they believe Rigdon knows more than he’s saying.

If you have any information call State Police.

Wrongful Death Body of Tarrant County, TX Man Found in Front Yard

The body of a Pelican Bay man who has been missing for three years has been found buried in the front yard of his rural Tarrant County home.

Ervin Robinson disappeared in 2010. His wife, Neola Robinson, 62, is charged with murder.

New information in the case led investigators to the Robinson home in the 1500 block of Partridge Court over the weekend. Neighbors say Texas Rangers surrounded the mobile home on Saturday.

http://liarcatchers.com/wrongful_death.html

Carolann Wheless, a neighbor, said she is shocked by Neola Robinson’s arrest. She said she used to walk her 3-year-old son past the woman’s house every day, saying Neola Robinson was always very sweet.

“In the front yard of all places — I mean, how do you get away with something like that?” Wheless said.

Ervin Robinson has been missing since May 2010. His boss, Michael Wright, filed a missing person’s report when he didn’t show up for work for nearly two weeks.

Wright said that Robinson, a supervisor at TJ Machine and Tool, was a valuable employee.

“All along, there was hope that maybe he did leave town, but it’s hard for them [his family] to accept the reality of what has actually happened here,” Wright said.

Neola Robinson is being held on a $150,000 bond. She is also on suicide watch and is awaiting a full mental health evaluation.

A criminal background check showed Ervin Robinson had several arrests, including burglary, theft and multiple DWIs.

Neola Robinson has a previous misdemeanor arrest in Oregon. Public data shows that she has had eight other surnames.

Cold Case Florida Murder Suspect Arrested in Kentucky

The biggest break yet in a 14 year old cold case murder, landed a Kentucky man behind bars on Tuesday.

Keith Wilson was arrested Tuesday morning in Owingsville, suspected of killing a three year old Florida girl more than a decade ago.

Wilson will soon be headed back to Florida in custody, but insists he is innocent. However, a different guilty plea out of florida Tuesday, sparked this long awaited arrest.

http://liarcatchers.com/cold_cases.html

“People are put in jail all the time for something they didn’t do… I ain’t done nothing,” said Keith Wilson as he walked to the Kentucky State Police car after his Bath County hearing.

On Tuesday, detectives in Florida got the evidence they needed to charge Wilson with killing Pilar Rodriguez.

“I just don’t believe in anything like that, he should be gone for good,” said Robert Baxley who lives next door to Wilson.

Charity Blankenship lives across the street from Wilson, on Tuesday she was shocked to hear of the arrest. “If he had done this to this little girl, yeah he deserves to be punished,” said Blankenship.

She and other neighbors had heard rumors in the past that Wilson was involved with this murder.

On Tuesday Wilson’s former girlfriend, Melissa Harding Jones, plead guilty in Florida to her role in covering up the death.

“Kind of shocking that it actually happened, and all this time he has been living right here in this little town of Owingsville,” said Blankenship.

Detectives said Wilson moved back to Kentucky after Pilar disappeared, days before her fourth birthday. The trio took a trip to Punta Gorda in 1999, where Harding Jones said Wilson beat the child to death and buried her in a trash bag on his family’s Florida property.

Pilar’s body has never been found, but detectives are convinced she was murdered. “I don’t know what they done with her (Pilar), I would like to find her. That way if they ever find her they would know I had nothing to do with it,” said Wilson.

Wilson waived his right to an extradition hearing on Tuesday, and is being held in the Montgomery County Regional Jail until he is sent back to Florida. He will likely be moved to Florida sometime next week, and will continue on in their court systems.
