Employees have been allowed back into the Walmart in Nicholasville but the store remained closed after police say a man was arrested for having meth lab materials inside the store Wednesday morning.

The store was evacuated just before 9 a.m. after a Walmart employee found a man passed out in the front restroom. Officials at the scene said the man, James Prater, had chemicals in his back pack. Prater, 35, of Lancaster was arrested and charged with manufacturing meth, possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
No injures were reported. There is no word on when the store will re-open for business.
