O’Fallon, Ill. police are asking for help locating a missing and endangered person.
James Burgess, 60, was last seen at his home in the 200 block of Ellen around 12 p.m. Wednesday. He is known to walk main roads, highways, and parks in the area looking for aluminum cans.

He may be suffering from a medical condition.
Burgess was last seen wearing a white t-shirt or long-sleeved flannel shirt, light blue jeans, white tennis shoes, eyeglasses with napkins or cotton tucked underneath the ear pieces. He has tattoos of a small heart with a banner that says “mom” on his upper right arm, and a cross on his upper left arm.
