Police arrested a southern Kentucky man who they say shot his son Sunday.
State Police say it happened just before 4:00 Sunday afternoon.
Neighbors told police they heard Victor Boggs and his son arguing, then a single gun shot.

20-year-old Kevin Haggard was shot in the foot. He was airlifted to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Boggs was arrested and charged with assault and taken to the Harlan County Jail.
