Deputies are seeking a 68-year-old Spring man missing since Nov. 4.
This missing person was last seen at his residence in the 7900 block of Country Walk Drive in Spring, TX 77379 on Nov. 4, 2013 at 4 p.m. The missing person was last seen wearing a dark skull cap with Texas Longhorn logo on it, dark colored hooded sweatshirt, and dark pants. Tommie Lowery has a scar on his left forearm and discoloration on his chest.
Lowery is described as an African American man with gray hair and brown eyes, who stands 5 ft 9 inches and weighs 190 pounds.
