The BBB said this is a phone scam using the name of Kentucky Bank. The following notice has been posted on their website:

“FRAUD ALERT: Please be aware that Kentucky Bank has received reports from customers and non-customers receiving automated phone calls asking you to reactivate your debit card by entering your card number. DO NOT respond to this request as it is fraudulent. Kentucky Bank will never contact you regarding your card numbers or accounts using an automated service.”
