Arson Investigation Lexington Man Indicted in Fire that Injured Firefighter

A Lexington man has been indicted on arson charges after police say he set fire to a home with his wife inside.

According to court documents, 47-year-old Charles Goldsberry was seen crawling under the porch of a home on East Second Street just minutes before the house burst into flames on Dec. 26, 2013.

Two people were inside, including his wife. Both got out safely.
