The Oakland Press says authorities have made five arrests in the case.

At a news conference Wednesday in Pontiac, Bouchard said the “the scope and size” of the operation is “amazing.”

Authorities say investigators recovered merchandise they think was stolen from CVS, Walgreens, Victoria’s Secret among multiple retailers.

They say the merchandise was taken to a warehouse in Hazel Park and sold on Amazon, eBay and other online retailers.
