A woman was arrested after a fatal collision in Bowling Green Wednesday night that claimed the life of a teenager.
Bowling Green police say a motorcycle driven by 18-year-old Alexander Harkins collided with a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by 28-year-old Kathy Keller around 10:56 p.m. at the intersection of Scottsville Road and Shive Lane.
Police say the motorcycle was attempting to turn left from Shive Lane onto Scottsville Road while the Jeep was crossing Scottsville Road and collided with the teen.

Harkins was taken to the Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Police say it’s unclear if he was wearing a helmet.
Keller and her two passengers, both her daughters, were not injured.
Keller was arrested and charged with manslaughter second degree, two counts of wanton endangerment first degree and operating a motor vehicle under the influence (aggravated, first offense). She is being held in the Warren County Regional Jail.
