A Butler county man has been arrested on charges of child abuse and murder.
27-year-old Jonathan Waters of Roundhill, Ky. was found hiding in his bedroom closet. He was indicted in Warren County Circuit court and charged with murder and criminal abuse in the second degree.

The charges stem from the death of Waters’s infant son in October 2013. Warren County Sheriff’s deputies were assisted by Butler County Sheriff’s deputies in the arrest.
He is being held in the Warren County Regional Jail on a $250,000 cash bond.
