Morgan County’s Judge Executive is now expected to enter a guilty plea involving federal fraud and conspiracy charges.
Tim Conley was indicted for misusing county money that was supposed to be used to help rebuild after two tornadoes hit the area in 2012.

Conley was accused of taking gifts, bribes and kickbacks in exchange for awarding contracts to a Magoffin County construction company.
Conley and two owners of that construction company are accused of keeping some state and federal relief money as well. Conley’s attorney has filed paperwork asking for re-arraignment so Conley can enter a guilty plea.
