A reckless homicide charge has been filed in a crash from April that killed a 6-year-old girl.
The Appalachian News Express reports 31-year-old Katherine Kilgore has been indicted on homicide charges by a Pike County grand jury.
Officials say Kilgore’s vehicle crossed the center line on US 460 in the Shelbiana community and hit the car driven by 6-year-old Kyla Fouts’ mother head-on.
